I just called Verizon to complain about the lack of the promised 4G for the Xoom. While this representative assured me (as opposed to the last person I spoke to) that the update would come, they did credit my account for two months.
Please post what you were able to get Verizon to give you in lieu of the LTE upgrade...sounds like hitting them in the pocket book might be the only way to get some attention.
