Verizon CSR/salespeople suck..

I don't mind if someone doesn't know EVERYTHING about a certain phone, but what DOES annoy me is when they say "oh this phone is awesome, but that one sucks i hate it!". ok great...just tell me what the features are and i'll decide for myself thanks...ugh

i haven't even gotten a notice about ICS on my phone at all...and i don't think it's verizon's fault.

There is a reason why ios users think the Apple stores are so cool...knowledgeable ios geeks available to teach you at the genius bar.

That's very easy to do when you only have one phone to worry about. Even with all the updates to the iPhone, it's still the same device, and the interface is pretty much the same.
