Verizon Fixing 2.1 Issues

Found this article on Phandroid. Guess they realized they really dropped the ball on the OTA. Maybe a new hboot for leakers to get update as well I hope.

Seems novel but I don't see them addressing any of the major issues with the update. If all you got is an f#$ked up weather widget then you got off easy. I am running leak v3 but considering its identical to the ota except for the hboot its trash nothing close to what my wife got on her Droid. I'm not complaining about live wallpaper either. I got some serious lag on the incoming calls, battery issues, and a host of other problems. All I'm saying is screw the weather widget I want my phone to work properly.

No one ever said they wouldn't support the Eris. There will most likely be at least one more OTA like the first two the Eris received. Give them time, although I totally understand the frustration we have all felt.

LMAO!!!...Not a good time to be a baby then with Verizon in charge of this thing.
