No one has the phone in their hands yet, so save your tears for something that actually merits them. Myself included, we all need to remember that this is a phone. This is a phone - an object; not something we should elevate above the things that should really be worthy of our emotions.
Our phones will arrive in due time, so let's do our best to lives to their fullest in the meantime...

Mine went from pending in the app to processing. Ordered 8-10 at 5:00 am. 128gb Blue. Just switched about 30 minutes ago.

No text or other updates as of yet. Just says wait until your order ships for more info.

My order status says the same thing as well. Ordered the ocean blue/512gb on 08/11/18 at 4pmish CST at a verizon store. Here's to keeping fingers crossed...

Well we made progress today guys - we should all get our tracking numbers tomorrow.

Pre-ordered 8/10, received a text at 6pm eastern today for each order stating they were received and will receive a text with the tracking number once the orders are shipped.

Verizon account no changes, Shows processing since 8/10.

I'm at the same point as most here. Got the txt message saying order is being prepared will get a txt with shipping info. I ordered two 128 blue Note 9s with Verizon.

The question I have for everyone is do you think the phones will need to be signed for with the delivery service? I ordered some cases and screen protectors that came in with no signature. I received the wrong cases and so had replacements sent which came today, but I got a note on the door saying signature required.

Sorry for getting back late. I posted earlier I ordered mine through a cellphone kiosk at a local military exchange so my phone with be going to them when it ships. I'll then have to pay them the taxes when I get the phone so my CC card won't be charged by Verizon.

Anyway, I asked because I see some getting text messages, where mine is still showing "processing" under my Verizon account. Was just gaging when I might see a message.

LOL - mine has been "processing" since I placed the order Thursday. As of 8:30 this evening it was still processing. Just checked a few minutes ago, but Verizon's site is down for maintenance. BTW 512 Blue.

It's all good. Sorry I must not have seen that post. Lol. Oh you in the military? Since I don't know much about the cell phone kiosk I probably couldn't help on when you would receive a message. But depending on when you ordered it shouldn't be to far behind us ones that already got a text from Verizon. Again. Sorry. Probably not much help lol

Yes mine has been processing since day one. Charged but no status change.
