I just got the jelly bean update a few days ago and ever since then my phone has gotten two new notifications. One for when I turn on my GPS and one for when I turn off Mobile Data. The messages are:

Mobile Data:
You will no longer be able to use applications such as Internet, Email, and YouTube via mobile networks. Continue?

GPS:
By Selecting "Standalone GPS services", you are allowing access to all location information by any thirdparty through web access........ blah blah etc

These messages are extremely irritating and did not appear when I had Ice Cream Sandwich. Does anybody know a way I can turn them off without Root?

Thanks

Yes, me too! This is ridiculous, I'm sick of clicking this dialogue box every day!

Why does every android update seem like it makes things worse than it was before? If there was a way to disable updates, I would probably just do that...
