Verizon Galaxy S6 Terrible battery. Under 2 Hours SOT. Normal?

I've had my Verizon galaxy S6 (normal one 64gb) for over 6 months now. The battery has never been great and I've been trying to make it better lately. I've been reading around and some guys have screen on times of 3+ hours? Mine barley gets 2 Hours and the total battery life is about 9 Hours. It's very frustrating coming from a phone that easily got 15 hours of battery life every day. I'm not sure what I'm missing. According to my battery stats, I don't have any apps going rouge.
