Verizon HTC One (M8) GSM Unlocked?

Hey all,

Does anyone know if the M8 on Verizon is unlocked out of the box like many of their other phones? Will it work on both AT&T and t-mobile HSPA+ or LTE? Thanks!!!

I'm interested in knowing as well. I have T-Mobile & it sucks I have to wait until April 11th to get one. Lol. If the Verizon model is unlocked & works with T-Mobile LTE, then I might just pick that up.
