Verizon HTC Thunderbolt - Netflix login Error - Please help

Hello. I have recently been receiving this error when I try to logon to Netflix from my phone. It was working one day and then the next, it just stopped.

"Sorry we could not reach the Netflix service. Please try again later. (-2)"

Has anyone gotten this error? I have cleared cache, uninstalled, force stop and uninstalled, etc.

I've been getting the error on my Note 3 only it says (-9) at the the end.

I've restarted many times even after uninstall and then a reinstall. Still nothing. If I input the wrong password, it knows and prompts me. Not sure what else to check.
