If the RAZR had a removable battery, and gave me full freedom over the hardware to do whatever I please with it by design, I would get it. Seeing as it has/does neither, I'm still waiting for the Galaxy Nexus.
I'm certainly not the average consumer and I don't claim to speak for anyone else's needs, that's just the way I see things. If I was going to buy a phone running a proprietary operating system with no removable battery, I'd buy an iPhone 4s. Better battery life, and Siri's pretty awesome.
