Me too. And this horrible ass batt life blows. The Rezound will be just as bad. All it is is a dual core and have to admit awesome screen in a thunderbolt case. The 200 mah jump wil not be noticeable once that is factored in.

Agree, I wonder if the sensation 1735 stock battery will fit in the rezound? That should help some with battery but I cannot understand why HTC does not put larger batteries in their phones. They have to know battery is awful and sense doesn't help with that.

With the bat cover off the rezound, it looks like the bolt except it's red. They keep using the same layouts on the board, which if its working, so be it, but it also makes the device too damn thick, and makes it impossible to put a decent battery on it. I love how they keep putting the best screens on their phones, but they need to concentrate on bat life.

I've preordered the razr. I could deal with the razr being a little thicker to accomidate a 2000 mah+ battery. With the new screens and lte, I feel to have a bat last all day, you need at least that. I like it after playing with one, but may cancel the preorder and wait until an official announcement of the nexus release and then get a razr so it coincides with the 14 day return period of the nexus launch. I've said it before, and I'll say it again. I know it's bad business, but I don't believe vzw will launch the nexus until after black friday to be over 14 days after razr launch. This is just my opinion.

That would still be within 14 days of rezound so your point is moot. Not to mention the other phones they have coming out around the same time also.

I realize about the rezound, but after the thunderbolt issues, I really see a whole lot of customers, except maybe first time buyers, jumping after the rezound.

the rezound is a great device.. not everyone is a nexus customer. That's the beautiful thing about Android ...the choices. I love music and when I travel I carry my rezound because I happen to like the beats audio profiles for my style of music. Does the new Google music compare? Maybe ..can I download winamp and get the same effect? Yep.. would I expect posts of people to go with the easy out the box solution? Does the iPhone have an issue selling to that segment? And while its loaded with gingerbread lots of people do love them some sense ui ...

my girlfriend, who has a droid incredible, says she loves Sense, and can't live without the Calender widget in Sense. she thinks my phone (Droid Charge running a debloated rooted version of gingerbread on ext4) looks boring in comparison, lol. so yes, many people (laypersons) out there do like Sense. i think ICS definitely will change that perspective that some people have of vanilla android, since ICS definitely adds that wow factor and sleek-ness found in other UI's and launchers.

the battery is pretty good.. now I will say this.. my usage isnt the norm so I tend not to give batt life claims.. but Its about on par with charge and Lg.. mod to light usage will last a day..

that's not a fair question.. the Amoled has the most amazing colors.. mind you some maybe unnatural but they look really good. its a WOW factor that is hard to compete with.. the SLCD is a fine display but side by side??

That's interesting, I had thought the Google music wouldn't compare to the beats audio at all. Just in case, I'm just glad I found out about Poweramp because, I like my music also.

I dont have a Sensation with me to test but I do not think so. the lag that was on the sensation was due to the memory not being 1gig.. its quite snappy and no lag..

Seems like the right timeline, seeing how Verizon likes to do press releases on tuesdays. I think they are really pushing the major 2.3 devices Razr and Rezound which release friday and monday, (which are not typical release days for them) to make room for the awesomeness which is Ice Cream Sandwich!!!!
