Verizon mobile hotspot promotion

I thought the mobile hotspot for Verizon ended June 15? Bcuz I forgot about it and I had still been using bcuz this message keeps poping up Everytime saying its free with no additional charge. So I was wondering is it still free or what?

It should be free because we already pay for internet on our phones. so the mobile hotspot should be included with mobile internet plus. what abt those who own tablets with 3g and 4g service that's like $100 for internet

Tethering and MHS put a much higher load on wireless networks, as computers suck down data a much faster rates.

If you own a tablet, that is a completely different device, with different plans.

Agreed, but once goes tiered, should be part of the plan. It's our 2gb/$20 no matter how we consume it.

For the MHS itself, at least include the 1st 1gb 'on the house' and charge after that. Not really fair for those who might only need to tether 500mb or so on occasion.

Now pads and the portable hot spot itself, I don't see an issue there.

if vzw does tiered like XGB/$XX then i think that we should have usage of mhs/mbbc under our allowance, and shouldn't be forced to pay an additional amount.
