Verizon Moto Z Play use with Mint?

I have an MZ Play and it's around 3 years old and has not been used on Verzion for over a year now. I put the mint sim in and I do not get any service. It did not ask for a unlock code so I assume its unlocked? Any ideas on how to get it working with Mint? I called Mint and they were no help, all they would say is the sim is activated and it looks like the phone is locked.

Make sure data on,and there's a APN ...if that all checks ok you need to input a APN for mint

Looking for directions?
I went to APN and had to add the "Ultra" and all the settings the instruction call for.
Data usage and Mobile data is checked..
Got nothing..

No I had to add it.. there are instructions on the app for Mint.

I'll see if I can check on Internet what APN can work but should also contact mint see there suggestions for a APN also.

Contacted Mint 2 times.. Very long hold times.. Yesterday the girl gave me no help.. Said phone must be locked. Today a different girl tried a couple of things but in the end, I was at the same place. I just tried another phone and I at least have Mint in the corner and showing 4G LTE, but I can not make any calls still.. I can send texts and use internet
