Verizon Note 3 On Tmobile SLIGHT Issue Need Help Please

So I got everything working on my Verizon brand Note 3 on Tmobile's network. I get LTE 4 G speeds at all times EXCEPT when I make a voice call, then it drops to 3G HSPA+ speeds, WHY? I am also NOT ROOTED and from everything I had read prior to attempting this, everyone said I had to be rooted.

Voice calls happen over HSPA+ because there is still no VoLTE (Voice over LTE)
None of the carriers have it yet.
Can't be done with or without root

But on my wife's and dad's Sony Xperia Z1s their signal during voice calls always shows 4G LTE

Just wondering if it's only happening when talking does it make a difference or not? I would think the data speed would be the most important.

True but I guess I want it ALL lol. I mean there is a HUGE difference with call quality. It is like standard vs HD.

There is no way to make phone calls over LTE. Even if the phone is displaying that, it's not possible without the carriers having VoLTE

My husband has a dumb phone and so only 3G and he has no problem talking or do we have problems talking back and forth dumb phone <- - > Note 3. Maybe I just don't get it. Wouldn't be the first, LOL!
