Verizon note 5 Bluetooth disconnect when phone goes into doze

Evey time doze kicks in my Bluetooth earbuds disconnect this would happen with my Huawei watch too until the last Android Wear update... Is there any way to stop this from happening

Are you using a 3rd party app, that monitors battery saver/doctor of sort? Something that would be shutting off radios? If you do, you should check within the settings of said app, there's probably something in there, shutting bluetooth off to conserve battery?
