Decided today to call verizon and see if I could also jump on this exchange wagon lol. Talked to a woman who didn't seem to really know about this exchange and she tried to troubleshoot, but I called from the fascinate and told her I couldn't call back from another line. Then I told her to check their database for information or talk to a supervisor about the fascinate having missed call problems. She asked me to hold for a few minutes while she did some research. She came back a few minutes later and told me that I was correct but she still had to troubleshoot, but she could only offer the incredible 2 or the dx2. Or I could go into a store and have them troubleshoot it and they could order me a charge. I asked her to mark it on my account and I would go into the store.
30 minutes later I went into the store and started talking to one of their sales people about this and she didn't seem to sure about what I said and asked a few other employees who told her they could do an exchange for a droid charge. 10 minutes later I had a receipt and was told it was being shipped 2 day fed ex to my house. Also had them do it for my sister who I brought along. So all in all had a great customer service experience, just stand your ground and know what you are talking about and hopefully you get in and out as fast as I did!
