Try reinstall the app
If that dont work , sign up as a beta tester within the app and should definitely work and update it after joining

Once they roll out then unlocked version shortly after

Edit: just regular security updates your already on pie , not going get another pie update.

No problem, yes because your sim tells which carrier your on , all carrier phones are interchangeable for software.

I Know, it's after all carrier get it then unlocked for Os updates but they get security update pretty quickly as carriers. Once it drops for unlocked I'm going back on it.

Reinstall seemed to work, however, still not as smooth as it was before I downloaded Pie. It's not unbearable by any measure, but noticeably not as smooth.

Tell you the truth I like the beta version when you sign up for it like how I explained earlier and better layout. Give it a try if don't like it just opt out

I have a really weird issue since upgrading to Pie - First, use Nova Launcher (pro - paid version), have two lines going up the side of my screen - I have included a screen shot of exactly what I am experiencing. I don't mean to interrupt what is going on in this thread. I swipe at them and I feel a haptic feedback, but nothing else happens. Any icons or actions in this area near the sides of the screen do not work due to these line. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
