Can’t you just turn off the “download updates automatically” switch and then never click on the “download updates manually” link? Seems like an easy solution unless I’m missing something.
It is seriously silly of Verizon to not have sent out the Pie update yet. I did the sideload and then the update to the sideload and cannot see any reason why Verizon would be waiting.
Agree. I understand VZW can be slow, but at this point the delay moving N9 to Pie is kind of a mystery. It is seriously silly of Verizon to not have sent out the Pie update yet. I did the sideload and then the update to the sideload and cannot see any reason why Verizon would be waiting.

I'm wondering now with them taking so long to release it that when they do it will be with the March update an not be CSB3...
It is crazy, but who knows what happened. They usually not this late.
Just curious, this file that everyone is downloaded to upgrade to the very latest version of pie... Has anyone had any issues?
Like what kind of issues?
It's a official Samsung file for February security patch.
I just downloaded the file and moved it to my SD card so as for me none... I was simply asking if anyone who has already updated experienced any issues? I hope that this puts me right so I'll be able to get whatever Verizon pushes out next time. Just being cautious, that's all.

One other quick question, was the update you guys downloaded from Android File Host?
