You want the CSAA to CSB3 file, then just do it the same way you did last time.

Is the official update out now? Like actually from Verizon. Seeing reports that it is. I went cb3 using sd card so not sure if I'll see anything on mine

I was but I couldn't find the .zip files anywhere. I saw links for the ARL to CSB3 but know that those won't work. Besides I already started the repair process and I don't want to interrupt it.

You are now on the official latest, and will get the next ota from Verizon without having to do another sideload

Do Notes not have the Digital Wellbeing app where you can see how long each app has been used for? Everything I read says it's a feature in Pie but it's nowhere to be found on my Note.

My System Update screen says I am on ARL1, like yours. My About Phone info shows I am on CSB3. I have seen this before - after side loading an update. When the next OTA update came around, it did update me like normal, and the System Update screen then corrected itself - so I wouldn't worry.
