The instructions bring up three downloads and using your computer. Guess this is why I got apprehensive about the steps. Lol

I got tired of waiting, so I went to the XDA site and downloaded Pie. It was an easy install, took me 20 minutes. We'll see how this works out.

I see conflicting messages here. To be clear does this do a factory reset on the phone or will it install like an upgrade and the apps and passwords will be there the way it was before the upgrade?
