How are the speakers in comparison to the 6P's dual fronts? That is one of the reasons why I'm on the fence with getting a Pixel.
Is there any Verizon branding on the phone?
By advanced calling, do you mean HD voice? If so yes, that was turned on with data at the same time. Ranging from 104 - 107 dBm. Which again, I have no clue if that's good or not.![]()
Yes, I would like to hear about signal quality too, and if you were able to set up the basic Verizon visual voicemail.
You might be following the Verizon vvm thread where I posted this, but you can toggle between carrier and Google Voice vvm. I don't subscribe to Verizon vvm, but when I turn it on a couple of really old messages I had from a previous trial populated. When I toggled Google Voice vvm (which I currently get through Hangouts) I wasn't able to get those msgs to populate in the dialer. But Verizon vvm did populate with no problem.

If you enable HD voice then it shouldI believe the google store pixel with a Verizon SIM card will not allow you to use data and make a phone call at the same time.
No reason it shouldn't, the play store N6, 6P, and the unlocked Moto XPE all doI believe the google store pixel with a Verizon SIM card will not allow you to use data and make a phone call at the same time.
Does the boot animation have any verizon screen included in it? Or is it just the Pixel boot up animation?
Asking for an opinion from those that have one of the Pixels. Do you think this will be competitive with a Sammy to customers that aren't familiar with Google/Nexus/Pixel phones? Would a hand in hand comparison persuade someone to look past the Sammy name?
Also to anyone that looked at the Pixel in a VZ brick and mortar. Did the salesperson talk up the Pixel? What did they say positive or negative about it?

How's the LED notification light?
