Verizon Power Saver Mode

Just got the One for Verizon

so far with moderate use I have gotten 10h 21m w/ 27% left
Wifi on
4G on
Sync off
BT off
GPS off
Screen auto

This seems pretty good for my first full charge BUT I was looking for the Power Saver mode and on 4.2 Android for Verzion I can't find it?

Does anyone know if HTC/Verizon took this off? If not how can I access it?

I read in another post, it's been removed in the Verizon One
