Verizon Pre-Order Thread.

No tracking info/notifications here either. I just checked my Fedex account this morning and one from Verzion popped up really early to deliver on 8/20, so maybe try checking Fedex. Maybe I will get the tracking info today, but most likely tomorrow

How do I check that on fedex?

Verizon says mine has shipped and should be here in 2 days. Have a tracking number.

My card was charged yesterday and when I checked the order status it said shipped 8-15 and to check my email for the tracking #. I still hadn't gotten an email with that info so I called and the rep said my phone has a delivery date for tuesday and gave me my tracking number. Its still not showing anything on my end when I check on fedex. Hopefully I get another email soon

Once you log in, select the tracking tab. There should be a drop down, select advanced shipment tracking and everything that has been delivered or is in process should be listed. At least that's how I found out.

Did you try signing into your Verizon account via a PC web browser and not the app?

Kinda pissed, no tracking yet, my original order on the 6th had to be cancelled because the order was broken, it wouldn’t let me update my payment method, rep reordered yesterday and said she put me back in line where I was originally but no movement yet, knew it was gonna do this lol.

Is this for a 128GB or the 512GB?
If the 128GB you will be fine, it's the 512GB that's back ordered.

I tried updating mine but it wouldn’t let me, had to cancel and re order, rep said she put me in the front of the line but I call BS lol

On my S20U I was able to get the credit and order the day after Verizon delivered the phone

The credit never takes that long. Usually like a day or two.
