I had to reenter payment method but now it should be good to go. Verizon charged my card. Hopefully they're ready to ship. I'm on hold to get a rep so I can confirm my payment is good to go.

Same thing happened to me. I re-entered the payment info and my card was charged but the order status still said it was on hold. I chatted with a rep who said my payment went through and I was good to go. A few minutes later the order status changed back to confirmed.

Yeah. It takes about 15 minutes for the order page to update. I'm just making sure because I want my damn phone ASAP. lol

Never got a confirmation email yet and I updated payment 45 minutes ago.

I ordered a case on Friday, on my account shows shipped, FedEx sent me notification. Nothing from Verizon yet

After 40 minutes, I got through with a Verizon rep. He confirmed the payment went through and he said they'll be shipping the phone later tomorrow (unlikely) or Monday.

Well nothing from Verizon, order status online still shows preorder, will be updated as always. I checked receipts and documents and there's a receipt there showing my ultra 512. So at least I'm getting that one, was more concerned about that one with the shortages. Still nothing for the 128 bronze. Thought they might catch it and send them together, but probably send 2 boxes.

I billed it to my Verizon account, so no Bank accounts or credit card charges to look for.

My wife has been off for 6 weeks for surgery and would you know it, she goes back to work Wednesday. Tuesday would work better.
