So called Verizon and my order was broken, wouldn’t let me update payment info, rep had to cancel and she did something call “front of the line” to make sure my gets back in line where it was so I’m good

I had to update my payment method because I accidentally used an older card that's not active anymore.

Card charged today as well. My pre-authorization is also still pending too so that's annoying but I'm sure will fall off anytime

Go log into your Verizon app, click 3 lines top left corner, select shop, select orders, then select documents and receipts. If your order went thru there will be a receipt under the number you ordered thru. My receipt showed up a couple hours ago.

Mine wasn't, not the receipt. The agreement was there, not the actual receipt. That just showed up today

Thanks, I actually have two receipts for some reason, checked both and they are the same, but I only ordered 1 phone. My Device Payment Agreement came has today's date on it. So it looks like that just came out.
