Verizon Pre-Order Thread.

I would urge patience. One week from now this festive atmosphere will have dissipated and speculation will find greener pastures. Try to enjoy the anticipation. That's my age talking.

Because everyone has to be the first to get it! I dont give a rats patooty. It will get here when it does. All the moaning and crying won't get it here any faster. This is the "I want it now" mentality...

Hear, hear. Instant gratification has some things going for it but patience is truly a virtue. A wise lady once got me to see that.

My mom told me that too?????? I've never been let down on the that I philosophy...

Good on your Mom for that. My own mother and maternal grandmother counseled, "When in doubt, do without." That wisdom has saved me some anxiety over the years even as every fiber of my being resisted the advice to an extent.

Totally agree! I've wasted more time and money on things I wanted now. Except for Pepsi... I WANT THAT NOW🙏👍

Just got a text from Verizon that said “thank you your order was received, we will send you tracking info when shipped”

I can visualize that Pepsi craving. When I was a younger person it was Diet 7-Up from a vending machine at the midpoint of my newspaper delivery route on a warm/hot day. My late-fiancée would make a Diet Pepsi suffice most of the time. However, and I've only been able to see it since her walk with us ended four short years ago, any time we set out on a trip in the vehicle over fifty miles a she'd request a "real Pepsi" as i was stocking-up at our local Wawa (convenience store). She had a touch of hypoglycemia.
