Still waiting on my end. FedEx shows nothing when i put the tracking number the csr gave me. Order status says shipped 8-15. Im trading in my LG v40 (rip) does anyone know if i can just drop it off at a Verizon store or do i have to ship it with the return box

They will send you return instructions with your new device (label). Stores do not accept old phones.

How did you do that? I was told to go on and process for the trade in after I activated the new device in order to get the $500 trade in

Could be that AT&T offered overnight shipping. To my knowledge, Verizon is 2 day. /shrug. Meh its 1 more day, no biggie to me, I do this every year XD

*Edit* I just looked over there, 1, they had dates of thursday and were recently rescheduled for wednesday, 2, they have UPS, we have fedex. UPS >>>>FedEx IMO
