THe only problem with switching to a different device is they want you to switch to a Razr or a Droid 4, both of which are older phones, not to mention they are motorola and serverly lacking in the support or upgradability. I went through 3 replacement phones before i just went back to my initial one (Never sent any of the replacements back till i had the issue resolved) because they told me the issue i was having was a software glitch. (The mic would mute mid call and had to hang up and call back, or after going to speakerphone and back i would have no mic or sound out of the phone unless it was on speaker). I refuse to go to a Moto phone after the nightmare i had with both the D1 and the Bionic... I am waiting a few months and if they don't release a software update i will go through all this again and try to get myself a SIII
Personally I wouldn't accept a Motorola phone in exchange either. The android experience I've had with them wasn't horrible but also not as great as the Samsung devices I've had. Only device that could remotely replace the nexus is the sgs3
