Moto X has a release date of August 1? If the Moto X comes out before the HTC One, and there's no further info, I think I'm just going to stop waiting.
The S4's screen is too big. When playing with it one handed, trying to touch icons in the top corners with my thumb, the Palm of my hand is hitting the menu button and the dialer button. I really don't like the S4, but I might end up with it.

Mayhaps they're going to release it on VZW when the red version comes out? Maybe? I'm currently on a thunderbolt that is on it's last legs and my birthday is this week and I'd really like a new phone sooner rather than later. I was thinking about getting an S4 until I saw the One MIGHT be coming this month. Come on HTC or Verizon, throw us a bone, even just a month would be fine.

My 32 GB just arrived today...all I hear online is laggy, ugly, plastic pos, but coming from a Galaxy Nexus this phone is sexy! The HTC One is a great great phone, but VZW ruined for us. This should hold me over until the One Max (unless they F that up too). Stay strong and best of luck for everybody waiting it out!

That's one less 3rd party that can influence it's launch date. Perhaps we'll have a real date soon...

August 1st. Usually its released within a month of it hitting the FCC. Plus if you go to a VZW store and ask them to look up the accessories for the One, it has a target launch date of August 1st. The accessories launch the same day as the phone
