Where do you see that? I'm on the locator for my location but I don't see where to check inventory for a store

Go to the phone you want and check the "In store pickup" box, put in your zip code and it will show what stores have stock in your area. This is at verizonwireless.com

Awesome thanks. Does it only show stores that have it in stock? Still not seeing an in stock or anything. If so like every store around me does

If it does not say "in store pickup is not available" and is blank in that area then it means it's in stock at that store.

Verizon corporate stores have pretty much everything in stock except Flamingo Pink and 1TB ceramics.
 
Nice, please post here when you get any signs of action from Verizon.

Went in store and they have in stock but if cancel my pre-order than I won't get the deal. I've chatted in 3 times now and the last time they said there was an issue with my payment (no one has told me this so far) and I've received an email with the original pre-order that the order went through. So they said I had to call so I call and they say they are just backed up and there is no issue and will ship it out soon. So in the store they say I have an issue with payment and they can't see why and I'd have to call. I told them I already did and to get a manager. So she goes and talks to the manager and comes back and says the payment is actually fine it just hasn't been charged yet because they haven't shipped yet. Meanwhile I pre-ordered it but people can just go into the store and buy it. And my online order status still shows processing and deliver by date of today. Its ridiculous that they can't fullfil preorders but have stock in stores. This whole thing is a mess and really has me wanting to cancel Verizon their customer service is atrocious but I suspect the other carriers will be the same...

Wow wow wow....so just received an email my payment was declined lol so there was an issue and yet no one told me... There is no issue with a balance on the card so I have no idea why it was declined and just used the same card to make the payment and it says it went through. So ridiculous

Just got mine about 30 minutes ago. Had some issues with activation but Verizon got it taken care of pretty quick.

Clear plastic bags. I thought it seemed a little messy, I had seen some other unboxing videos where they had done a much better job with presentation.

So I surprisingly got a call back from a nice lady named Sarah who is an assistant to David Small. She was sympathetic that the online order site did says delivery by today and it should have said ships by and is going to talk with IT. Apparently they wouldn't have known about the declined card until today but IDK. They would have shipped me a phone for saturday delivery but it was already too late in the day. She was actually able to call a store to get me the phone today, but for some reason no one can cancel the order at this stage so they are going to put my number and phone on a new line and then once they can cancel the other order she will refund me the activation fee, etc. She is also going to ship me the galaxy buds for free since I will miss out on the promotion for canceling the preorder. I did just receive and email from verizon about my preorder that it actually won't ship until the 20th!! So glad I got this huge mess solved and I am sorry for anyone still dealing with it. Definitely a giant mess of a pre-order.

Long time lurker here and I just got the same email! I’m so beyond frustrated right now because if I cancel the order and pick one up in store I’ll lose out on not only the buds but the free 10e that I had to jump through hoops to get! Currently on hold with Verizon to see what they can do.

Glad they’re making it right for you at least. 15 years of loyalty means nothing to them.

Yeah I feel you its just ridiculous how bad their customer service is. I talked to so many people that couldn't or wouldn't do anything until I had to reach out to an executives assistant? I mean really? She was so helpful but it shouldn't come to that. It's also a propblem with their processes too. No one could even really do anything. Even she couldn't cancel my preorder and the store can't jsut give you a phone with the preorder deal. Pretty dumb. And I mean they have stock in stores that they shipped out BEFORE making sure they could meet pre-order demand. Like they have had that phone I am going to get sitting there all day and probably going to be there tomorrow and the next day too that they could be shipping to customers who pre-ordered. Just all around bad business practice. You can try emailing David like I did if you want to go through that.
