Verizon S10/+: Pre-Order Thread

What phone did you pre order that will not ship until the 20th now?

the 128gb Prism White

In the same boat. I already spoke with Verizon, basically if you pre-ordered the pink or white your SOL till the 20th and no stores even have them either for pick up. I could cancel and get blue or black but if we cancel we will lose the 130$ pre-order promotion from Samsung. Will just have to wait, I'm not to mad cause I still have my Note 9 I'm keeping. If this was a Note 10 pre-order I would be upset lol

I’m currently on hold. They’re telling me that if we cancel I can still get the BOGO but now we’re trying to figure out the buds. Hopefully I won’t need to talk to an executive.

Most stores in our area have the 128GB Prism White in stock.

The 20th for Pink or White is that Verizon version? I'm waiting on an unlocked Pink from Best Buy and my husband an unlocked prism white from Samsung. It's Crazy how popular this phone is. I'm like you I still have my 9 Plus so I am not too too upset. I can come here and read how everyone else likes the phone. We're going out of town on the 19th so I hope to get them by then. My husbands says the 15th BB has no idea for me.

It's not right that Verizon ships phones out to their stores without fulfilling their pre orders first.

I don't even think its popularity its that they didn't make sure to meet preorders before in store orders.

^^^^This! Still waiting to see what they can do for me. Just had a long conversation with the rep about getting special education services for her daughter. At this point I’m feeling like maybe there was a reason I needed to call and talk with her. Hopefully I could help her even if she can’t help me.

That's a good way to look at it! But the least they can do in return is give you a phone you paid for lol

Pre ordered s10+ in white 128 gig model on the 25th of February and I feel all your pain. Congrats to the people that got it already. I to have got a email today also saying that the ship date has changed to the 22 or 20th don't remember and talk to reps and all telling me I'm sol and have to wait. Funny thing though one of them told me once they take the money out of your credit card it should be or it has shipped. Later this day I did notice that my credit card was charged but when I check my order still says processing. I'm guessing I won't see it till Monday if it went out today. So annoyed knowing 15 miles from me I can go to my Verizon store and get one. And I live in northern California

Are you sure cause online it will say in stock, but the rep checked the actual stores stock and said no have the white cause they are waiting for Samsung to ship them out.

No text, email or tracking yet but at least there has been some action.

I just checked and have been charged for mine. No notifications from Verizon but the cancel button is gone from the order processing screen.

No I'm not 100 percent sure then but the store by my work and the one I just picked mine up from both had them
