Verizon S10/+: Pre-Order Thread

Anyone seeing the status of their order change from "Processing" or "Pending" yet? Really interested to see when they are going to start shipping these out.

Seems like the folks that ordered direct from Samsung are seeing the cancel order button disappearing today. Mine is still there on Verizon..
 
AT&T are seeing cancel button's disappear, at least ones that were ordered right away. Maybe we will see something tomorrow
 
Just noticed that the 1TB ceramic black has slipped to 3/26 now on Verizon.

Mine is still on 3/12 and I'm a little worried.
 
What I don't get why does the app say pending but the website say processing? I have a feeling these next few days are gonna drag.

Mine doesn't even show the actual phone, just a generic picture and I just noticed this today...not sure what that means..
 
Mine are still processing But I don’t expect a change until mid week next week

I had the exact same thought! Sometimes I check though the app and sometimes I use the website. It's odd that one says "deliver by" and the other says "ships around." Methinks these folks need to get their act together.

If you go to the subreddit for the S10, someone called a Rep from Verizon and they said 3/1 shipping...I highly doubt the Rep's even know what's going on...
 
How to activate the phone once it's received

Does it come with a sim card programmed to your number already installed? Do I pop the old sim card out of my S7 and just put it in the S10+? Do you have to go to the Verizon store to have them do anything?

Sorry for what's probably a stupid question but I don't recall what I had to do when I got my S7 three years ago.

I'd like to be prepared to do whatever is necessary when I receive the S10 so any advice would be appreciated.

You can either move your SIM card over or activate the one that is within the phone. Usually a quick and easy process of simply logging into your account and choosing activate.

I wouldn’t believe this either. Most are just told what they are selling and the promos attached.

Plus we should have seee a change in status by now
 
Someone really needs to explain to the Verizon CEO that "receive by 3-8-19" is a very different statement than "ship by 3-8-19."

The app version of Verizon says "ship by" while the web version says "receive by." They seem utterly oblivious to the difference.

Anyone else find this particularly annoying? Any bets on which statement will prove to be true?
