I had the exact same thought! Sometimes I check though the app and sometimes I use the website. It's odd that one says "deliver by" and the other says "ships around." Methinks these folks need to get their act together.What I don't get why does the app say pending but the website say processing? I have a feeling these next few days are gonna drag.

If you go to the subreddit for the S10, someone called a Rep from Verizon and they said 3/1 shipping...I highly doubt the Rep's even know what's going on...
Does it come with a sim card programmed to your number already installed? Do I pop the old sim card out of my S7 and just put it in the S10+? Do you have to go to the Verizon store to have them do anything?
Sorry for what's probably a stupid question but I don't recall what I had to do when I got my S7 three years ago.
I'd like to be prepared to do whatever is necessary when I receive the S10 so any advice would be appreciated.
