Pardon me if there is already a thread on this, but let's talk about trimming down the Verizon S5 and removing bloat.
I just bought an S5 and coming from the Galaxy Nexus, it is quite slick. However, coming from a Nexus device, it is really full of stuff I don't want or need.
So far, I've disabled the following apps (which I couldn't seem to remove completely, just disable):
Amazon Kindle, MP3, and Appstore
Audible
NFL Mobile
Slacker
There seems to be some kind of built in music player, but I don't want that either. I subscribe to Google Play Music. So I'm thinking of disabling that built in music player as well.
I'm sure there's a ton more stuff, but I've only had a few hours with the phone so far and I'm trying to get work done. haha
