Has anyone used the Verizon transfer app to transfer content from an old phone to a new one?

I am wondering if it transfers all of my apps and app settings?

Has anyone used the Verizon transfer app to transfer content from an old phone to a new one?

What phone are you transferring from and to? If it is an Android to Android phone and your contacts and other things are saved via Google I would avoid the Verizon transfer app and just set up new phone with your Google settings. Everything should transfer over without a problem. You will need to decide whether you want to add apps individually or automatically with Google.
