Verizon update 8 (August) broke our phones

They should just say $5 a year then. I lost faith in then when I had to pay every time I got a device. An I not understanding it right now

It says in the screenshot i shown 5 a year or i believe 1 device 2.99 or 3.99

I'm actually having the problem with calls now on Verizon update 7 too. My wife just called me, and couldnt hear me.

Magically, there is a verizon software update 9. Hopefully fixes the problems.
