Verizonwireless.com too much traffic

Is verizon going ot fix their website so I can order my phone. I'm not sure if the blue S3 32GB can be had in the store, I'll probably go there tomorrow and see but all this so called heavy traffic for the past two days is getting rediculous.

Why not call? I have zero problems accessing verizonwireless.com so it must be a regional thing.
 
Either regional or an ISP issue. I agree. Just call. If you already have a VZ mobile phone just dial 611. Couldn't be easier.
 
Call local stores. Word of advice, don't ask one to check area stores inventory via computer if they do not have what your looking for. I had them do that and all stores showed out of stock yet when I called stores they all had it. Oh, and fwiw some stores do have the 32gb, mine was a corporate store and they had both sizes

their site pisses me off constantly. it always fails to load or there's always SOME error going on. Even when I'm trying see my phone bill or look up my usage or other phone's usage, it does this. PLEASE FIX IT!

What part of the country are you in? Just wondering as you say you have issues along with the OP. I'm in Florida.
 
I'll call the store. Save my gas and time. I'm in Georgia on Cox. What I do is I go to their site and I"m already logged in. Then I go to smartphones and I have to click it a couple times to eventually get to the smartphone page. I click on samsung 32GB blue phone picture, brings me to the next page, Add to cart, then I have to sign in again (thought I was already) and it says their site has too much traffic and try later.

And you've been trying for two days? That's patience...haha

You could have had the phone today if you would have called yesterday. I ordered mine in store (they didn't have any 32gb's) and had it next day. Free shipping too.
 
The vzw site has ALWAYS been slow and it has always been a piece of . Click on a link and it takes you back to the homepage.
 
Same here in central Tennessee the VZW site usually seems buggy is always slow and sometimes unresponsive, wait a minute so is their customer support most times, could they be robots too. but they did finally get my S3 credit out, on my bill not back to my card but I am thankful to see it at all at this point.
