I just received my Samsung Galaxy watch today from Tmobile. My daughter got the Apple Watch series 4 at the same time also from Tmobile. She was paired and all set including LTE connectivity in less than 15 minutes.
Me on the other hand, I was on the phone with Tmobile first with customer care, then tech support. Total time nearly 2hrs. The Galaxy watch simply wouldn't connect to the tmobile network and I bought it from Tmobile. It was a very frustrating experience. I nearly made the decision to return the Galaxy watch and switch to Apple.
There is something very positive to be said about the ease of use and great integration of Apple's products.
