Very often people can't hear me, when using bluetooth or speaker. What can I do to fix it?

Very often people can't hear me, when using bluetooth or speaker

I have had the Galaxy Note 5 for a week, very often in the middle of the conversation, people can't hear me. I have tried switching to speaker, bluetooth ear, and blue tooth car.. nothing works. I never had this issue with my Galaxy S4.

I'm not clear with when you are having the problem. Is it when you have Bluetooth or speaker connected? Or at anytime while making a call (speaker/no-speaker)?
