Vibrate Issue!

ive looked up and down left and right, and for some reason, my lg marquee wont vibrate on any setting. Not for voice calls, text messages, mms, etc. Is there a service code to look up or something? unless for some odd reason this phone doesnt come with a vibration feature. IDK IM CONFUSED!

It does have vibration so I would suspect a faulty unit. If you are within your return window, I would definately exchange it.
