Vibrate Notification Won't Turn Off

My twitter app keeps vibrating on every notification the entire day and I have unchecked the box under the app settings but it still vibrates. Any way to fix this?

Hold the power button and among the power off reset and airiplain mode there should be volume settings so you can turn it off.
