vibrate stopped working

Hi all,

I did a couple of app updates today, Noled and mint. I first noticed my haptic feed back was not working but it is turned on. Then I noticed that I am not getting vibration through anything. I uninstalled Noled but that did not do anything.

Anyone ever heard of this? Can the vibe motor fail? Is there anything software related I can try?

Well, I wiped, re-loaded, did a factory reset to no avail. Loaded Odin and installed the factory system, kernel and recovery. I hope to get it swapped out tomorrow. Love the phone but kind of bummed a hardware issue took me down. I had a storm 1 and a Droid 1. Never had one problem and never had to get a replacement.

Guess I was lucky before...

Did you happen to have the dj05 update installed? I had read that haptic and vibration were experiencing some issues with that

No, I have not went that far. Just had DI01 with JT's Clean rom installed. Phone is back to its stock, Bing goodness ... Still no vibrate.
