Vibration App??

One of the things I seriously miss from my Blackberry is the ability to set the vibration notifications differently for different things. All I get from the Charge is this insignificant bzzt-bzzt, that's it. Is there a way to change these to be longer, stronger or something more noticeable and to be different for different notifications (call, SMS, email, etc.)?

Take a look at WhoIsIt... You can use it to set different vibration patterns for an Email, a sms, a mms, a particular contact, etc!
