if i apply pressure on the back right below the camera LEDs, the vibration motor will run non stop. even with power off. it will stop if i keep pressing around the area with the plastic cover off but it's seriously annoying. Anyone else have the issue? Or do i have a defective unit?

I had the same issue and didn't catch it until I went for a run and the armband applied pressure to the back. Call Sprint and they will send you to a repair center. It is a defect and they will have to order you another phone. Only issue I has with the exchange was Sprint's $35 charge. Since I caught this on day 20,they told me my options were to send to HTC directly and go phoneless for a month or pay. I ed to about 9 different people in three departments including retentions before someone finally caved. My Gid, it was a 20 day old defective phone and I had to pay? Seems like the insurance is quite the profit center for them as it was brought up on every conversation.

I just went to the sprint store and got it replace at no charge. luckily this is day 3 for me lol I'm hoping that's the last of this problem, otherwise it'd be time to jump to S3 :(

my htc one won't stop vibrating, even when powered down. Everything else works. I called HTC and they had me try to reboot. Didn't fix. I went to Sprint and the tech said that it was damaged and needed to be sent in for insurance replacement...not covered under warranty. Great. I just submitted my $150 payment under my warranty agreement. What a racket. But in any event, has anyone find a fix for this strange failure mode?
