I'm running a stock AT&T Galaxy S4. I really hate the default vibration pattern -- it feels like it's at least a full second too long.
I see where to change the Vibration pattern (Settings -> My devie -> Sound -> Vibration), but as far as I can tell, the only things affected by that change are call vibration and phone SMS vibration. Even when I've changed the setting, GMail and Google Voice continue to notify using the default pattern ("Basic call").
Is there a setting somewhere that will control the vibration pattern for other things, like receiving a message in GMail or get a text in Google Voice? If there is, I can't find it.
Best regards,
Joe
