Hello. I just received today an refurbished S5 on T-mobile due to my LG G4 failing. I noticed that when a sound is playing(youtube, game) thru the speakers the whole cellphone vibrates. If I remove the back cover the vibration stops.
Is this normal?
I noticed that the opening in the speaker the one in the middle is sightly up
Thanks

I think it's about the cover that ur using try to change the cover of the phone

Thanks. I'm using the one that came with the phone. I don't even have a case yet. Maybe the case will help too.
Also I see that you can purchase a back cover that allows me to use wireless charger. Do you have any suggestions? I check on amazon and the oem is like 100$ 😑

U mean that u have removed the back cover and put a case on...
The original cover should be put because of the waterproof sense that is present in the phone that vibration will come unless u put the original back cover

Thanks for answer. I tried both the case with the back cover and the case with out the back cover, both times I get vibration.
The only way to get rid of the vibration is using the phone without the back cover. I took it to T-mobile and they tried with a different back cover but still the same.
So really no one fells vibration when playing something thru the speakers but me?
The guy at T-mobile told me is just because the speaker is on the back, hey the g4 has the speaker on the back and I didn't experience this issue.
