Video msging problem

I was wondering if anybody else had a problem when they receive a videomsg, and it plays the audio for about 3 seconds and the video doesn't even work at all. i tried just saving the video, But just shows up as a lot of pictures.

Ya know I had a customer with this same issue on his samsung u370 the other day and I couldn't figure it out. I think it's a verizon issue. I think their compression protocol is f'ed.

Do I tried sending my wife a video txt and it works fine in her phone, granted she is unrooted. I may go back down to eb01 and see.

well i had to reflash the msging to the samsung mms to get it to work correctly.
