i didn't see any threads in the incredible forum. everytime i try to watch video, it's never smooth. that's on websites and even using the youtube app. can you recommend doing anything specific to improve this.

the incredible is pretty much stock with the exception of a few added apps like TD bank, angry birds, a cardio trainer, and automotive repair estimator.

as far as youtube, you have to go into settings and change it to default to HQ video.

Do you have good 3G coverage when you are trying to watch these videos? Have you tried watching them while on WiFi? I don't usually have any issues. No buffering or anything like that when I watch flash videos on the web or when using the YouTube app..

i can't say that i noticed if it was 3G or 1X. It definitely wasn't over wi-fi. As for the HQ on youtube, when i select that, it gets even worse.
