Video Quality lacking when uploaded to Facebook

Hello,

I am having issues with my video quality when uploaded from my M8 to Facebook. When I view the video in the gallery or from anywhere else on my phone, It's beautiful HD quality. When loaded to Facebook, it gets completely pixelated and choppy for the most part. Any ideas?

I hate to be this guy but the quality has been bad for a while. Since January if 2013 I have been loading everything to YouTube and then sharing on Facebook.

It's generally Facebook 's concern, you can post to YouTube and share the link to Facebook.
And then your video quality will be much better.
