video uploading youtube over H+ and wifi?

Ok, we all know that android will not allow u to upload videos over 3mb unless you are on wifi or a 4g signal (EVO & thunderbolt) my question is, will the inspire let you do it on their 4g H+ network..? Pretty sure I know the answer to this which is most likley ... NO... sigh...

Is there an app for that, that could bypass the limit even on 3g?

Pretty sure there is... would be nice to use the official YouTube and do it... who knows, maybe they will open it up but I doubt it... its alot more streamlined in the YouTube app and it was nice to have on my old EVO running 4g.
