Videos won't play only have great icon with it with!

I've tried playing the video in several different players in X player video player photos it doesn't matter every app says it has a problem playing video

Welcome to Android Central! Where is this video from -- did you take it with your camera app, or did you download it from somewhere? What video format is it? What do you mean that it "only have great icon with it with"?
